Os Guinness
Os Guinness appeared on C-Span's Washington Journal (go here -- active for 30 days after the program 3-14-08) this morning touting his newest book: The Case for Civility: And Why America's Future Depends On It (go here). Guinness is a prolific author and a very sharp guy. I have had the occasion to hear him speak several times, and his book, The Gravedigger Files (go here), and Peter Berger's book, The Sacred Canopy (go here) are the basis of one my videos.
To hear Guinness at his best the Veritas Forum (go here) has several of his talks and speeches. YouTube carries two clips of him speaking, not his best work, but I've included one below as an intro if you've never heard him. Also, his book, The Call (go here) is an excellent work.
